2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use ScrollAccess.
If you use ScrollAccess on behalf of a company, agency, organization, client, or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ScrollAccess complies with laws and regulations applicable to you and your organization.

ScrollAccess cannot detect every accessibility issue and does not represent that scan results are complete, error-free, or sufficient to determine whether a website fully conforms to any accessibility standard or law.
6. No Guarantee of Accessibility Compliance
- Fully conforms to WCAG
- Complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
- Complies with the European Accessibility Act (EAA)
- Complies with Section 508
- Complies with AODA
- Complies with the Accessible Canada Act
- Complies with EN 301 549
- Complies with any other accessibility law, regulation, standard, or legal requirement

- Does not prove WCAG conformance

- Attempt to obtain another user's credentials, API keys, or private information
