By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting a website, installing or using ScrollAccess, or otherwise accessing the Services, you agree to these Terms.

ScrollAccess is a website accessibility platform designed to help website owners, developers, agencies, teams, and other users identify potential accessibility issues, understand accessibility findings, manage accessibility work, and provide additional accessibility controls to website visitors.

ScrollAccess uses automated technology to identify certain potential accessibility issues.

16. Agency and Team Features

21. Subscription Renewal

If your subscription automatically renews, it will continue for successive billing periods until canceled according to the cancellation terms shown during purchase or in your account.

You may cancel a paid subscription using the cancellation options available through your account or by contacting us where account cancellation is not available.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated at checkout, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund charges already paid for the current billing period.
